Aroma: Intensive black elderberry with a fragrance of marzipan, Tonka bean and slightly nutty notes.
Taste: A tinglingly fresh start immediately gives way to the full-bodied notes of elderberries with slight hints of blackberries and blueberries. Mild acidity harmonises with a subtle peppery spiciness, resulting in an exciting middle section of fruit and spice with a little sweetness. Tart, malty notes continue into the medium-long finish.

Pinot Meunier | Currant Twigs
The Pinot Meunier grapes are macerated together with chopped currant twigs in the press and then gently pressed.
Aroma: Fruity, fragrant notes of red berries and blue grapes with subtle herbaceous tones and aromatic facets of red bell peppers.
Taste: Fresh acidity of red currants with sweetish echoes of blue grapes. Aromatic herbaceous centre piece with fine, slight heat in the finish.
Food pairing: With wild fowl and pan fried veal combined with a spicy sauce, fruit accentuated starters in combination with dark meat, beef or tuna tartar
