Our still inspirations and the GRAD°WANDERUNG

Many of our sparkling PriSeccos are ideal as an accompaniment to starters, desserts or lighter main courses. But for some main courses, we have heard that people want a "still" non-alcoholic accompaniment, nuanced and complex, inspired by the characteristics of the most important types of wine. That's why the next step was to take inspiration from grape varieties, winegrowers, wine regions and types of ageing, as well as from experienced sommeliers and top chefs. Based on food pairing with wines, we have dedicated our "Inspiration 4.x" entirely to minerality, tannins, the interplay between sweetness and acidity and the versatile combination possibilities with food. This was further inspiration for us to break new ground once again - with salt, roasted oyster shells, lactic acid fermentation, bitter or sour fruits, even vinegar.

GRAD°WANDERUNG

Alcohol-free food accompaniments have been our speciality at the manufactory for over 15 years now. 


Selected German and French quality wines form the basis of our alcohol-free wines. The decisive factor here is to focus on excellent raw materials, to gently remove the alcohol and to refine the wine with juices, hydrolates, herbs, flowers and spices.

Eine unserer ersten alkoholfreien Kreationen war damals ein heute allseits beliebter Klassiker: unser Rotfruchtiger. Jörg Geiger hatte damals als Chefkoch und Inhaber des Gasthofes Lamm nach dem idealen Aperitif als alkoholfreie Alternative zu seinem Birnenschaumwein, der aus der Champagner Bratbirne hergestellt wird, gesucht.

Bis heute haben sich all unsere alkoholfreien Kreationen stetig weiterentwickelt, so wie sich Geschmack mit der Zeit wandelt. Auch bei unseren Klassikern entwickelt sich unsere Rezeptur weg von restsüßen, üppigen und fruchtigen Geschmacksrichtungen. Nunmehr geben Tannine und Kräuter unseren alkoholfreien Getränken Körper und Struktur, denn generell trinkt man heutzutage immer weniger süß. Um die Süße zu reduzieren, ernten wir die Früchte heute früher. Da wir im Produktionsprozess bei allen „alkoholfreien Pricklern“ von Anfang bis Ende im 0,0 % vol. Alkoholbereich arbeiten, ist dies besonders wichtig.

Die Manufaktur steht als Genussbotschafter für 100% Geschmack - 0% Alkohol. Nuanciert, komplex und vielfältig wie ein erlesener Schaumwein. Echter Genuss - ganz ohne Alkohol - beliebt und bekannt. Unser Motto lautet "Alkoholfrei auf der Überholspur". Daher haben wir für jeden Geschmack und Anspruch das passende Produkt und Konzept. Die alkoholfreien Kreationen der Manufaktur bieten ein breites Spektrum: von fruchtigen Klassikern über ausdrucksstarke saisonale Produkte und vielschichtige, stille Essensbegleiter bis hin zu komplexen Cuvées.
