Annual Movie 2023 – 20 Years Alcohol-Free

In this video, we share how our journey into alcohol-free aperitifs began in 2003 - shaped by regional identity and by the flavour profiles Jörg Geiger encountered during his time in France.

After a harvest failed due to tree disease, we seized the opportunity to create a beverage that harnessed the natural acidity and tannins of old apple varieties. This marked the birth of our very first alcohol-free aperitif. Over the years, we have developed a rich diversity of drinks, refined with herbs, spices, and blossoms to offer complex, flavourful alternatives to alcoholic beverages. Today, our portfolio comprises more than 40 products—each representing a new approach to enjoyment, rooted in regenerative agriculture.

Annual Movie 2022 – What Inspires Us

In this film, we speak about the core values that guide our work: trust, respect, and mindfulness.

We trust in the trees and in the microbiology of the soil. We respect the complexity of nature, the old trees, and the traditional knowledge passed down through generations. Mindfulness shapes the way we interact—with colleagues, with customers, and above all with the soil, the source of all life.

Our deep connection to nature inspires us to craft complex flavour profiles by combining heritage fruit varieties with a wide range of herbs and spices. These values and practices enable us to create products that are not only sustainable, but that also foster awareness and appreciation for the natural world.

Annual Movie 2021 – Cultivated Wilderness

Our 2021 annual film tells the story of apple and pear trees—how they evolved from wild origins into the sweet, productive varieties we know today. We show how the “Little Ice Age” of the 17th century encouraged the cultivation of apples and pears in Württemberg, where they later became staples for fruit wine.

Historic nurseries selected new varieties from wild pears to preserve their natural resilience and quality. We highlight how today’s meadow fruit is cultivated sustainably, creating ecologically valuable habitats while maintaining a living heritage.
