We also use only high-quality ingredients for our ViSecco, including the finest organic Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Meunier wines, complemented by exquisite meadow fruit, pears and apples. ViSecco is the result of our efforts to create a drier, yet intensely aromatic alternative to our fruity PriSeccos.
By integrating carefully de-alcoholized wines, we have created a taste profile that meets the current preferences of our customers who want a alcohol-free version with less sweetness but a full-bodied aroma.
Developed at the special request of many gastronomy and sommelier professionals, ViSecco is characterized by a careful selection of herbs, flowers and spices. Selected organic wines are gently de-alcoholized on our vacuum distillation system and form the dry base. We complement the aromas of the wine with selected fruits, refined with hand-picked herbs, flowers and spices.
VISECCO Sauvignon Blanc

Appearance: warm dark straw yellow, lively, somewhat coarse perlage
Aroma: The fragrant start is pleasantly warm, characterized by vineyard peach and ripe mirabelle plum. Ethereal honey notes accompany this fruit together with a hint of exoticism. Fine woody notes and spicy sage play a complex melody in the background.
Taste: A fruit-intensive attack, as in the nose, of vineyard peach and mirabelle plum, complemented in the middle section by ethereal honey notes. The delicately sweet note is replaced by a refreshing and dry taste with fine herbaceous notes. The light minerality, delicate and fine-grained on the palate, results in an exciting finish.
Pairing: as an aperitif or with shellfish such as prawns, vegetable dishes such as a creamy pea soup with prawns or grilled pumpkin with lamb‘s lettuce and a fruity dressing, with poultry such as chicken or turkey with rice and yellow curry.
VISECCO Pinot Meunier

Appearance: Strawberry red with a lively perlage
Aroma: This ViSecco invites you to enjoy its delightful scent of strawberries and rhubarb. Full rose petals and ethereal woodruff notes as well as refreshing lemony aromas complete the harmonious aroma.
Taste: As in the fragrance, the taste is full and fruity. The exciting acidity is reminiscent of fresh rhubarb and makes the ViSecco lively on the tongue. The perlage is fine and pleasant on the palate and leaves a fresh feeling in combination with a fine strawberry note.
Pairing: as an aperitif or with light starters such as quiche with salmon and goat‘s cream cheese, strawberry and asparagus salad, with fish dishes: for example grilled red mullet or risotto with a fruity component, for example sour cherries or cranberries or with strawberry and yoghurt dessert.
