Our latest range “Grad°Wanderung ” is way more than dealcoholised wine. Dry, still and ideally suited to compliment food. Dealcoholised wines from grapes serve as the base which is then refined with fresh juices, hydrolats, herbs, blossoms and spices.

To dealcoholise gently means removing the alcohol slowly and at low temperatures. How low a temperature we can choose depends on the alcoholic content of the wine we use.
