The wine for this Blanc de Blanc was made from Chardonnay and Colombard. The vinification of the organic wine is followed by bottle fermentation and maturation on the lees in our cellars. This allows the delicate brioche notes to develop, which are retained even after vacuum distillation.

"Light yellow with silver-green reflections. The first nose is characterised by citrus fruit, brioche, Boskoop apple and a chalky freshness. The palate then seduces with a fine texture, lively acidity, full of energy, aromatic depth and great ageing potential. The next sip reveals a lot of minerality and a strong flavour of orange zest. Everything is initially dense and a little unapproachable. But then the glass quickly reveals more mango, the finest Boskoop apple, brioche and lime. The flavour spectrum opens up more and more. Fresh, energetic and inviting. A second glass please!"

Selected from high-quality organic wines from the mature vintages of the Chardonnay and Colombard grape varieties and refined with a fine dosage of gooseberry and mandarin juices - as well as selected herbs, flowers and spices.
Our gentle in-house vacuum distillation process gently removes the alcohol from the wine. The result is a non-alcoholic experience that tantalises the palate with complexity and depth and creates an enjoyment experience that is unique in its class.
An essential part of our "Blanc de Blanc" is the usual long lees ageing, which adds an extra dimension of flavour and finesse to every sip. This detail underlines our commitment to quality and our endeavour to bring non-alcoholic sparkling wine to a level previously only known from our non-alcoholic Champagne Bratbirne.
