Aroma: Intense nose of ripe apple and elderberry flowers, with a discreet, slightly spicy background note of thyme and other herbs.
Taste: The sweetness of the apples, grapes and elderberry flower is connected in a tantalizing arc to the herby spiciness of apples’ acidity, ending in a long elderberry finish.

Chardonnay | Hibiscus tea | Plum

Aroma: Delicate floral notes of hibiscus, accompanied by slightly tart rooibos tea flavours and fine fruits.
Taste: Harmonious balance of lively acidity and floral hibiscus notes, complemented by fruity peach nuances and the refreshing acidity of redcurrants. A long finish with fine ginger spice.
