Aroma: A fruity bouquet of apple and pear, complemented by sweet hints of peach and the spicy, slightly tart notes of green tea.
Taste: A delicately sweet opening that is quickly balanced on the palate by the pleasantly tart character of green tea.
Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif with roasted nuts, olives or delicate cheese pastries. Pairs beautifully with light starters such as fresh goat’s cheese with apple, fennel or herbs, as well as Asian-inspired dishes such as sushi, summer rolls or mildly spiced Thai salads. Aroma: Floral notes of hibiscus and pleasantly tart rooibos tea, elegantly rounded off by deep, fruity nuances of plum.
Taste: Elegant and refined, with a subtle interplay of sweetness and acidity, a long finish and a lingering fruity character.
Pairing: A wonderful match for modern vegetable dishes and Levantine cuisine such as grilled vegetables, aubergine, beetroot and lentils. Also pairs particularly well with poultry, duck or veal, including dishes with fruity or mildly spiced elements.
