Along the edge of the Swabian Alps you find meadows with huge old meadow fruit trees. Climb the plateau of this low mountain range and the landscape becomes scarce with heath, juniper and hedgerows. For this vegan Cuvée we have brought together the side-by-side of perry pear, juniper, sloe, blackberry and yarrow.
Aroma: fruity fragrance of red berries with nuances of rhubarb and ripe pear, peppery notes of juniper
Taste: Tart with echoes of sweetness paired with ripe pear, acerbic, bitter herb notes, tea leaves and aromatic peppery juniperFood pairing: Braised vegetables like ratatouille

The basis for this Cuvée are apple and pear, rounded off by hay, blossoms and Demeter certified naked barley, roasted in a copper pan
Aroma: ripe fruit of apple and pear with a malty, slightly sweet grain notes, fragrance of summer meadow
Taste: light, exhilarating fruit, toasted barley and hay in the finish, balanced acerbity and freshness in the aftertaste, slightly astringentFood pairing: with mildly spiced starters
Ingredients: Apple juice (88 %)*, pear juice (12 %)*, barley*, herbs*, spices*, carbon dioxide.

Aroma: Ripe raspberry and delicate rose, fresh, aromatic, ripe apple.
