Meadowsweet, also known as a medicinal herb, is found in the nature of our old orchards and brings a unique fragrance. By blending it with a variety of herbs, flowers and spices, we achieve balance and complexity.
Taste: Red fruit with invigorating acidity, aromatic core, tart, dry finish.
The freshness of birch leaves paired with the scent of acacia blossom, elderberry and white tea gives this non-alcoholic composition complexity and variety. To preserve the freshness and natural acidity, we use unripe Riesling grapes and old, acidic apple varieties.
In addition to the rose blossom, we use mint to balance the nose. We use vanilla and mace to round it off with exquisite spices.
