Aroma: ripe fruit of apple and pear with a malty, slightly sweet grain notes, fragrance of summer meadow.
Taste: light, exhilarating fruit, toasted barley and hay in the finish, balanced acerbity and freshness in the aftertaste, slightly astringent.

Aroma: exotic mild fruit with light echoes of fresh sweet balm and herbs.
Taste: apple and pear in the fi nish, carried by roasted emmer and the freshness of parsley and borage.

Aroma: delicate rose-apple scent, reminiscent of ripe peaches, honey and exotic fruits like mango, papaya, refined with vanilla.
Taste: fully ripe fruit, full bodied and soft with fine rose aroma and taste of peach.
Pairings: desserts with white and dark chocolate, blue cheese, red smear cheese.
