Aroma: fresh, clear scent of lemon verbena paired with lush fruity notes of mirabelle, delicately underlaid with ethereal freshness of rosemary and tarragon.
Taste: voluptuous, round, delicate bitter almond notes, slightly sweet finish.
Food pairing: Golden Mirabelle cannot only be enjoyed ice cold, but it provides a sparkling experience warm, too. Keep the sealed bottle for half an hour in warm water (55°C) and then carefully open it, using a cloth napkin. Not just an excellent aperitif, also goes very well with warm mirabelle crumble.
