Aroma: fruity soft scent of ripe yellow pears underlaid with the herby notes of the tonka bean, fresh wood and a hint of vanilla.
Taste: The sweet, opulent notes of ripe pears combined with the herby aroma of heritage varieties return to the palate. The winterly spices complement the fine sweetness of the pear.
Food pairing: Wintery deserts like gingerbread parfait with spiced pear, but also in harmony with blue cheeses. Winter Pear’s dream cannot only be enjoyed ice cold, but it provides a sparkling experience warm, too. Keep the sealed bottle for half an hour in warm water (55°C) and then carefully open
it, using a cloth napkin.
